This is a highly visible opportunity in a rapidly growing area of the company.  It requires innovative and aggressive thought leadership and impeccable execution.  In this role, you will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and implementing consumer facing internet initiatives to attract  consumers , quote and sell multiple lines of insurance to the public while simultaneously developing excellent online customer self servicing capabilities.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
Your key accountability will be to develop overall Strategy for consumer facing  web properties including   Agent Websites.  Specific tasks will include:
Manage website and all integrated applications
Develop, deploy and enhance Agency Websites for 15,000 exclusive agents.
Enhance current Mobile applications and develop new and exciting ones.
Handle requests from across the enterprise for Consumer facing web technologies.
Track, analyze, and report results
Management Accountabilities:
The role requires a thorough understanding of business needs and excellent project management skills.  The candidate will have  experience evaluating processes and partnering with business leaders.  The ideal candidate must be skilled and knowledgeable in customer relationship management and communication with key business and vendor executives.
The personal attributes that the candidates for the Associate Vice President must show are credibility and executive presence to work in a dynamic, matrixed organization, leveraging critical relationships.
Additionally the successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The capability to influence with integrity, to be persistent, and stay highly self-motivated will be critical.
The individual should have had the responsibility for managing, hiring and developing a talented, high-performing team.

Bachelors degree required.
MBA preferred.
A minimum of eight years of experience in the eBusiness space, with additional leadership experience, strongly preferred.
Extensive knowledge of the internet is essential including web site development and management, infrastructure and Mobile technologies.
Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of numerous tools is critical – WebTrends, Google Analytics, etc.   Ability to create and manage data using Excel and other similar packages critical.  .
